Delivery
Delivered to your door fully assembled. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Stool is delivered separately and wheels must be attached (includes instructions).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture fits through doorways or any other access points. In addition, you are responsible for moving the bed into your space.

Returns
If you are not satisfied, please contact us to return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of defects or transit damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage, misuse, or customization by the customer.
